How do I accept my TestFlight invitation?
  1. Install Apple’s free TestFlight app (opens in a new tab) on your iPhone.
  2. Once invited, open Apple’s invitation email on that iPhone and tap View in TestFlight.
  3. Tap Accept, then Install to download VOXX.

Seeing “Redeem”? Return to Apple’s invitation email and use its link. Installing TestFlight alone doesn’t add VOXX. Your request-confirmation email is separate from the invitation.

If the invitation is missing, check the inbox you used here and its spam folder. If you’re still stuck, email info@voxx.run with the address you applied with and the message you see.

How this form uses your data

Your email and optional details are saved in VOXX’s private beta-request database, hosted with Supabase in Europe. Only the VOXX owner can access the admin dashboard. An inbox copy is sent to info@voxx.run through FormSubmit, which retains submissions for 30 days. A confirmation with TestFlight instructions is sent to your email through Zoho Mail. VOXX uses your request to manage beta access and contact you about it. Optional wearable answers help us prioritise future integrations; selecting a brand does not mean it is currently supported. This form does not access your app account, workouts or health data.
