1. Who provides VOXX

VOXX is provided by VOXX SPORTS d.o.o. Contact us at info@voxx.run with questions, problems or complaints about the app.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of the VOXX running app, its supported Watch companion and connected account features. VOXX provides training plans, guided sessions, optional wearable connections, activity review and coaching features. The app is currently offered through an invitation-only beta.

The current beta has no app subscription charge. Access depends on an invitation, compatible devices and any permissions needed for the features you choose. Your mobile, internet and independently chosen third-party services may have their own charges.

3. Training and guidance

VOXX provides fitness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Its suggestions use the information available to it, including what you tell the app. Imported records and device measurements can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review your circumstances and any professional advice when deciding whether and how to train.

Stay aware of your surroundings. Check that a route is suitable and that you may use it. Follow local access rules and conditions, and do not follow a direction that would put you at risk. Stop exercising if you feel unwell or experience concerning symptoms, and seek appropriate help.

4. Your account and choices

Use an account you are entitled to access and take reasonable care to protect it. Provide accurate information where the app asks for details that affect your training. Do not misuse the service or interfere with another person's account or access.

Wearable connections, online coaching and backup have their own explanations and controls. Signing in does not enable every optional sharing feature. Review the choices shown in the app before enabling them.

5. Connected services and beta limitations

Apple, Google and any wearable service you connect provide their own services under their own terms. VOXX does not control their availability, permissions or the completeness of the information they supply.

VOXX is being tested and refined. Features, compatibility and guidance may change during the beta, and you may encounter faults or interruptions. Report problems to info@voxx.run. Follow the backup and data-management explanations in the app; optional account backup does not include every item saved on a device.

6. Privacy and leaving VOXX

Our app privacy notice explains how app information is processed, the choices available to you and how to request help with your data. The website privacy notice separately covers beta applications, website visits and feedback.

You can stop using the app. If you also want to remove your VOXX account, use Delete VOXX account in the app's data and privacy controls or contact us. Signing out or uninstalling the app alone does not delete hosted account data. Deleting a VOXX account does not delete your Apple or Google account or the original records held by connected services.

7. Your legal rights

These terms do not exclude or limit rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot be excluded or limited. Contact info@voxx.run if you need help resolving a problem.
