At a glance

How you feel belongs beside the schedule. Check in, read the recommendation and review your session before starting.

Find it in VOXXToday → Check in

A calendar knows that you planned to run. It cannot know that you slept badly, feel unusually sore or woke up unwell. Your check-in fills in that missing context, so you can understand why today may stay the same, become easier or need a pause.

Step by step

  1. Describe today, not yesterday

Report your current energy, sleep, stress, soreness and relevant symptoms. Use what is true now. A good workout yesterday does not automatically answer how you feel today.

  2. Read the next action

Today brings the recommendation into one place. Open the session to see the proposed work and its purpose. If the app asks you to address a concern or review your return plan, follow that path before trying to start the regular timer.

  3. Look at the reason when you need it

Open Why this recommendation for the supporting context. Workout history, your answers and available wearable summaries have different roles. Expand the detail if you want to understand which evidence is present and what is still missing.

You can update an answer

If you realise an answer was wrong or your condition changes, update your check-in. This is useful information, not a test you need to pass. The point is to make an appropriate decision, not unlock a harder session.

A check-in is not medical clearance

VOXX can organise a more cautious training decision; it cannot examine an injury or establish that exercise is safe for you. Symptoms and professional restrictions take priority over reassuring watch readings. Future plan changes remain something you review and accept, rather than a hidden rewrite of your calendar.

VOXX is in private iPhone beta. Features and screen labels may differ between testers.
